This website is owned and operated by Cecilia González Reza of Letra sobre fondo azul. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and the services we offer. This website offers visitors web design services and digital products, such as web designs and web templates designed by Letra sobre fondo azul using Wix Studio.
By accessing or using our Service website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. By purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and complete the checkout process at checkout.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the corresponding defect or replace the product. If we cannot repair or replace the product, the customer is entitled to a full refund. You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund for the product. Once the refund has been issued, you may not use the design or template for personal or commercial purposes.
The designs and templates and all materials contained therein or transferred thereby, including, but not limited to, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Cecilia González Reza and Letra sobre fondo azul. However, unless a license is set forth in these Terms, you will not be deemed to create a license in or under such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, or create derivative works thereof.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and without liability for any reason, including if, in our sole discretion, you have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request termination of your account and/or any Service at any time.
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the Services, shall be governed by, construed in all respects, and enforced solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Spain, Madrid, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
